E. Howard & Co., Boston, C.1900, No. 5 Banjo, in a rosewood grained cherry case, 8-day weight driven, purchased through Peter Sawyer in 1990.
CONDITION:
this particular No. 5 has a thin metal baffle over the weight [original], necessitating removing the lower baffle to attend to the weight. This clock is original & simply as good as it gets for a No. 5, and is the one to own & keep. Mov't signed and weight with '5'. Ht 29"
